Long Row 1780's Cottage

We are back on Airbnb after 3 years of taking a break! Sorry, but we can only accept guests with prior good reviews & a completed profile. Magnolia Cottage is a Grade II listed 240 year old cottage located on a cobbled street. Less than 10 min walk from bus and train station. Sorry, NO smoking or pets are allowed. We only accept up to 4 guests in total. The space There are 2 sets of stairs leading to the 2nd floor bedroom. The 2nd floor bedroom has a king sized bed and the 1st floor has a double sized bed. The living room is furnished to be comfortable and cozy. We have mixed a few local history pieces with more modern pieces to create a place that fills everyones needs. We also have a large selection of DVD's for you to enjoy. The smart TV is available for you to watch Netflix if you have an account. Very good wifi from every room. The bedrooms both have lovely views of the countryside and the 2nd floor bedroom overlooks the East Mill. This cottage is perfect for hikers and walkers. We are located at the gateway to the Peak District, and in less than 5 minutes you can pick up a footpath leading to Cromford and Matlock If you are planning to stay for a longer visit we can arrange for our local cleaner to visit for an extra charge. Guest access Guests have 24 hour access and full private use of the large garden, where you can relax and listen to birds chirping and the local church bells! Other things to note Unfortunately we are NOT able to offer supplies for our wood burning fireplace to every guest, as its not something the cleaning companies in the area offer as part of their service. There is a JET petrol station a 5-7 minute walk away, and they do sell wood and kindling. PLEASE do not burn any paper in the log burner. Parking on our cobbled street can be difficult with a large car. Lots of free parking above and below Long Row.
