Kitchenette area for your convenience. (see pictures) Located a 5 minute walk to the beach. Famous Newport Mansions a 5/10 minute walk. Downtown Newport a 5 minute, straight easy drive. Basic cable TV & WiF! Reserved private parking included too. Plus access to swimming pool and hot tub also! The space Suite with a view consists of 2 rooms. Sitting room & full size bedded room, small private shower bath, kitchenette service area for your convenience and a small private deck. Free Wi-Fi & basic cable TV. Free reserved parking. Accessed by small spiral stair case. Soft luggage recommended. Large dogs do not like spiral staircases. Small to medium dogs can be carried. The mini suite is perfect for you to keep your distance from others. Enjoy your getaway and relax. You are private here! Guest access Guests have access to the whole space attached to the house. 2 rooms, bedroom and sitting room with a water view. Access to the mini suite is a small spiral stair case. Soft luggage is a must! Sorry to say but extra chubby people will have difficulty on the small spiral. Guests will have use of swimming pool, sunning deck and hot tub. Parking is in front of garages 4 & 5. This is a free reserved private parking location. Reservation required. During your stay This is a very private 2 room mini suite with it's own outside entrance. I am totally available via email or phone or text. Email is best. I always have someone who can help if need be. Just a wish away. Other things to note Additional charges: $ 25 one time insurance charge. PETS ARE ALLOWED BUT A PER NIGHT PET FEE IS CHARGED DEPENDING ON THE SIZE AND BREED OF DOG. There is a small spiral staircase that big dogs will not climb. Small dogs can be carried. Larger pets have difficulty climbing spiral staircase. This unit is not suitable for service dogs.
