The detached house is available for private use and is located in the center of the fishing village of Ermatingen. Thanks to its location in a courtyard, tranquility is guaranteed and at the same time the lake and swimming facilities are just a 2-minute walk away. The house has a south-facing garden patio with attractive sunlight and lawn. The space The walking distance to the nearest bus stop is 3 minutes and to the train station or boat station just under 10 minutes. Ermatingen is an ideal starting point for many attractions in the Untersee / Konstanz /Mainau /Meersburg (DE) region. Bicycles can be parked in front of the house. It has a small (narrow) parking space for free: public parking is 100 meters away. The latter are subject to a fee from April to October. The house has a rustic "chalet" character and is contemporary with heart. Spacious living room (about 25 m²) with dining table, seating and couch. For music lovers, a Yamaha upright piano and a music system with a tube amplifier are also available. Of course, there is also a smart TV (Netflix). Additional important information The house is ideal for a couple who enjoy peace and quiet between excursions and also like to spend time "at home" or for young couples with a toddler if the child sleeps with the parents. Space for a travel bed in the bedroom is available. A baby cot can be provided on request. Dogs or cats are welcome. The house is on the ground floor: 4 steps lead to the entrance and in the house 3 steps separate the living room from the bedroom and bathroom. It is therefore not wheelchair accessible.
