Bright Kincraig Home (our view to Loch Insh)

In a wild 1 acre garden, this split level house has the feeling of a retreat. With immediate access to lovely walks and 5 mins. drive to the Loch Insh Outdoor centre, ideal for summer (cycling, horse-riding, safari park) and skiing in winter. We now have a local house-keeper who will provide bed-linen and towels (so the price reflects that now) and she cleans the house, though it's helpful if you keep it as tidy as you can. NO SMOKING plse The space We are committed to the Covid-19 Cleaning Protocol which has increased the cleaning time and cost but should give you peace of mind. We are not currently taking back-to-back bookings in order to reduce the risk to you and our housekeeper. This house is our 2nd home (and is equipped as such) where we try to retreat to it from our busy lives in Glasgow as often as we can. The kitchen should have anything you need, including tea-bags, herbs etc. Our friends have commented it does have a Scandinavian feel to it (probably because of the pine floors and pared-back decor). We have recently installed 40 meg fibre broadband and a 50" Ultra HD LED TV to give our visitors the option. We have better quality family time with the TV and wifi switched off and have made more memories and had great conversations in this house. There's plenty of space for two families (4 adults and 6 children). PLEASE NOTE that I've changed the advert from 10 to 8 to reflect the fact that 10 adults would be too much of a squeeze (much reduced floor space in the bunk rooms due to the trundle beds) although drop me a line if you don't mind that! Finally, it's got great access to cycling and walking routes in the area. Guest access Not suitable for wheelchair access unfortunately. Space for 2 cars and the garage can be used to secure a car (if you move the table-tennis table out the way) and bikes, skis, kayaks. Other things to note Please note that on arrival the house's storage heaters will already be on but can be boosted by using the electric heaters as, if you are checking in later in the day, the storage heaters may be generating less heat as they kick back in the following morning.
