Our house is located directly on the sea (cliff) about 50 m. From there, a natural staircase leads to the natural beach and water, ideal for snorkeling (dreamlike underwater world). From the house, a walking path leads directly above the cliff about 500 m. along. From there you have a wonderful view over the coast, Calpe with its landmark Penon de Ifach. The space We rent a quiet apartment with 2 bedrooms , kitchen , bathroom and living room as well as a large covered terrace. The pool (10 x 5 m) and barbecue are available at all times. We ourselves live on the upper floor of the house. Electricity and gas for the heating must be paid separately and will be paid after the stay at the key exchange. The electricity price is currently 35 cents per kWh. Free internet ( 5G fiber optic ) is available. Final cleaning is €70 upon key handover.
