Large shale house in a hamlet typical of the Cévennes Ardéchoise. The cottage is located in the Parc Régional des Monts d 'Ardèche. At the rendezvous: large spaces, absolute calm and total change of scenery. You are in a preserved environment, far from mass tourism, but within reach of all the major natural sites of southern Ardeche. It is also an ideal base for many white water walks and swimming. The space Our 18th century house is the perfect setting to spend wonderful moments for families or groups of friends. It offers many spaces of conviviality (garden, terraces, living rooms) that allow you to meet or isolate yourself for a moment. On the ground floor, the cottage offers a large kitchen opening to the living room with insert, dining room, dining room, two bedrooms and terrace in the inner courtyard. Upstairs you will find a large landing room with relaxation area, a library and a children's space with board games, comics, books… The floor has a large bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and three bedrooms including one with a small living room and terrace. The bedrooms are modular; they offer the possibility of receiving either a 180 x 200 bed or two 80 x 200 beds. The house is located 17 km from the Vans and 20 km from Joyeuse, villages very famous for their farmers and designer markets, shops and restaurants. Guests can enjoy the major tourist sites: Grotte Chauvet, Aven d 'Orgnac, Bois de Païolive as well as the many villages of character and the entire range of nature sports that the Ardèche offers. From the house, the hiking trails along the slopes will take you to many points of view. You will always discover superb landscapes and an exceptional geographical and geological palette where schists, pink and black granites meet. Very different landscapes to discover according to your walks. We will be delighted to share with you our experiences, our favorites and our good places.
