We also cannot promise calm waves. There maybe parts of the beach that will have a sudden drop and there may be unexpected strong currents, unexpected wave activity and other potential hazards, so please take extra precaution when swimming. We have installed CCTV surveillance cameras within the property for both our safety and security. There may also be brownouts/ outages. We have emergency lights, and small generator, but it cannot power on the air-conditioner. There are also certain seasons when there are flies and mosquitoes.
