Located between Amparo and Piornais, this villa offers all the facilities and conditions for a large family or for a vacation with your group of friends! The large areas, the garden and the various resting areas define the “personality” of this house. Here, you can catch up on your reading, or simply get out of the routine. Come and enjoy in a big way, and bring the whole family! We have a suite, four bedrooms and two leisure areas inside the house. Outside you can contemplate the garden, with several rest areas, a barbecue area, a small vegetable garden and a pleasant swimming pool overlooking the immensity of the Atlantic Ocean. Next to it, a jacuzzi to relax. If you rent a car, the house has a private parking area. THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND SURROUNDINGS Located on a quiet road, this property is just ten minutes from downtown Funchal, its services and multiple restaurants. This area is quite calm. Near the house there is a bakery, cafes and supermarkets. In three minutes (by car) you are at the Forum Madeira Shopping Center, where you will find a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and movie theaters. TRANSPORTATION The best option to arrive at the property will be the transfer. Ask us to schedule one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. To get to downtown Funchal, there are bus stops nearby. GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the apartment. OTHER NOTES - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (e.g. passport, identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance. There is a first-aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket in all properties. ATTENTION Please be advised that a Tourist Tax will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist developments and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 years or older, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights for a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay.
