Designed for sharing, this room becomes the heart of the house, ideal for moments with family or friends. The ground floor also has a comfortable master suite, with its ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and practicality. Upstairs, three generously sized double bedrooms invite you to rest, accompanied by two modern bathrooms, guaranteeing optimal comfort for all occupants. Outside, the large furnished terrace naturally extends the living spaces and invites you to fully enjoy the beautiful days. The garden also has a nice petanque court, perfect for sharing fun and friendly moments with family or friends. The property has a private courtyard offering the possibility to park several cars with peace of mind. Please note: the Jacuzzi on the property is currently not included in the rental. The surroundings are an integral part of the charm: Lerat beach, accessible on foot in a few minutes, seduces with its fine sand and family atmosphere. The center of Piriac, with its port, typical alleys, shops and restaurants, is easily accessible by bicycle or car. Between coastal walks, swimming, local markets and sunsets over the Atlantic, each day promises a real break of relaxation. Please note: end-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and will be paid on site. Sheets are not included in the reservation, but can be made available as an option, upon request, for your comfort. Other things to note Regarding the delivery of keys and end-of-stay cleaning, a fee of €100 will be requested in addition to the rental amount. This amount will be paid upon arrival. What was previously an option is now mandatory, due to abuses observed (cleaning not carried out or insufficient).
