Corfu: Large house in a secluded location with WiFi

You live in Villa Valentina, a spacious country house (approx. 200 m²), built in 2005 in Greek style, off the beaten path - about 5 minutes by car from the sea. The house is situated on a hill with a wide view of the countryside. In the garden there are old olive trees, oleanders, bougainvillea... Warm water is provided by the solar system, heating is provided (in winter) with a heat pump, there are radiators in every room and two air-conditioned bedrooms, WiFi in all rooms. The space If you are looking for peace and a blooming environment, this is the place for you. Walls in warm colors, floors made of stone, tiles and solid wood create a cozy atmosphere. Each of the rooms leads onto a (shaded) terrace depending on the time of day.. Guest access Guests have their own entrance to the house. A good friend lives in a separate granny flat with its own terrace. Other things to note The Villa Valentina is a solid stone building, the interior is made of valuable materials. In the cooler months, a modern heat pump feeds the radiators with heat. Hot water, also for the washing machine, comes from the solar panels. For those who prefer it more romantic: There is a wood stove in the eat-in kitchen and in the large living room. There is dry firewood in the shed. There are mosquito screens on all windows.
