We have a double room and a bunk bed room in a house that is shared with us and whoever is staying in the other room. The area is quiet and friendly, with no main roads and friendly neighbors. This place is a 30min walk to the centre with lots of nice shops on Fore street. easy access to the motorway/A30/A38. Free 150 Mbs WIFI. Off road parking Relaxing quiet neighbourhood We have a dog🐶 The space You are welcome to use the whole house and the garden area. We have 2 rooms to rent. Room 1 is a single bunk bed room overlooking the back garden. Room 2 is a double bed room with plenty of storage and a table and chair if you need to study. The room is spacious and light. During your stay We are happy to interact with our guests, however we are very often working away so the chances are you’ll only meet us on weekends. Other things to note The house has fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. When cooking you will need to close the living room door to prevent the alarms from going off outside of the kitchen.
