Condo has 1 bedroom with a queen bed with a full bathroom on the 2nd floor as well as a futon, air mattress, and couch on the 3rd floor for sleeping arrangements. Full kitchen, family room, and half bath located on 1st floor. Washer/dryer are available for guest use. 2.5 miles from Monument Circle, 5 miles from track, on bus route, and scooters available in the area. The space Free parking, always available on street in front or driveway behind condo, free WiFi, front and back porch available to hang out, and secluded backyard space available to all condo unit owners. Spread out in this condo as there are two separate hang out areas with TVs (first floor and 3rd floor) as well as 2 separate bathrooms (1st and 2nd floor). Air mattress can be used on the first floor as well if additional privacy is needed. Hard copy of condo guide as well as recommendation of things to do provided. Honor system is in place; feel free to use kitchen utensils, sheets, toilet paper, towels, condiments, and even some snacks and booze (house rule: if you finish something off, you replace it! :)).
