This is one side of a beautifully remodel duplex. You have full access to the home including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms each with queen size beds! Each bedroom as a very comfortable memory foam queen size mattress! The space The unit has a portable AC installed to help keep the unit cool! The house is in a very convenient location close to Autzen Stadium, the University of Oregon, and downtown Springfield! The Airbnb is in a neighborhood with other duplexes. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with full size fridge, electric range, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and a set of cooking supplies so you can make yourself at home! The place comes with a coffee bar stocked with coffee, tea, cream, sugar, and Torani flavoring syrup! Complimentary waters bottles are also included with your stay! High speed Wifi is available along with a 55 inch 4k living room tv! Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house! Other things to note The Airbnb is located in a working class neighborhood that has a mixture of owner occupied houses as well as rentals. Sometimes the house will creak due to the wood beams in the house expanding or contracting as the temperature changes in the home. SMOKING(of any type include marijuana) is absolutely not allowed inside. A $200 PENALTY will be charged to anyone who smokes inside. Also a review will be left with a description of the rule violation.
