Renovated apartment immersed in Chianti, just 20 minutes from Florence and 30 minutes from Siena. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are within walking distance. You can use the kitchen, and breakfast is included. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, WiFi and parking in front of the house or nearby. Guest access In the hallway at your disposal you can find maps and information about any events, places and surrounding cities, a living room with TV and kitchen. You can also take advantage of the outdoor spaces where you can smoke, eat, or drink something, etc. For those who need to wash their clothes, I can wash them in my garage/laundry (to which I have exclusive access) at a cost of €5 per wash, or nearby you can find laundries with ironing and/or self-service with tokens. Other things to note Upon arrival, IDs will be required for registration. There will be a municipal tax (the tourist tax) of 1 euro per person for the first 4 nights.
