The space About the Home Newly renovated 1940s bungalow with a modern touch, located on a quiet, tree-lined street in the highly desirable Zilker neighborhood — close to everything Austin has to offer. The street is a wonderful place for walking, where you’ll often see neighbors out with their dogs or riding bikes. Just six blocks from the Lady Bird Lake hike and bike trail, Barton Springs Pool, and Barton Creek Greenbelt. Only 1.5 miles to downtown and walking or biking distance to South Lamar and South Congress restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, and Uchi. The home features two bedrooms and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to four adults. One bedroom includes a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The sofa can sleep an additional guest, making it a great option for families with children. Fresh linens, coffee and tea are provided for your arrival. Guests visiting during ACL may find a few extra thoughtful touches waiting in the kitchen. I have a 4 night minimum for ACL, Formula ! in October and SXSW in March. The kitchen includes concrete countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, filtered water system, toaster, regular coffee maker, French press, Italian press, and is fully stocked for cooking.
