The house is warm, hospitable, there is a closed parking space for your car. Nearby are all the most interesting routes: to parks and squares, theaters and museums, shopping centers, restaurants and cafes. Come and stay in a cozy apartment! The space We have tried to provide everything to make you feel at home! At your disposal: A wide double bed - 160 cm wide. Clean linen, hypoallergenic pillows will suit every guest and are included in the price. A comfortable double sofa bed - 140 cm wide. A separate clean set of linen is available for an extra charge. ✔ Upon your request, we will provide a crib or a folding bed. A microwave oven. A washing machine and washing powder, fridge, kitchen stove. TV with cable channels. ✔ Ironing board, iron, hairdryer, clothes drying rack. Two towels for each guest Coffee, tea, sugar, vegetable oil, spices. Dishes and utensils (for cooking and eating) Very fast and stable Wi-Fi. We thoroughly clean and disinfect after each check-out, because we care about your health! Guest access Our facility can be reached by public transport from the railway station in 20-30 minutes or from the airport by taxi in 40 minutes. If you come by car, you don't have to worry about parking! You have a closed courtyard at your disposal, which always has a parking space (we give out a remote control from the gate). Other things to note An identity document and a deposit of 2,000 rubles (refundable upon departure) are required for check-in. Check-in is possible from 2pm to 11pm. Check-out time is 2pm, check-out by 12pm. — Late check-out and early check-in are agreed individually. — Business travelers are provided with accounting documents. The price is for two guests. For each guest over two - an extra charge of 300 rubles/person.
