Located on the sixth floor of the prestigious Residence La Reale, it boasts a panoramic view, boasting breathtaking sea views, day and night, and directly overlooking the Croisette. The large terrace overlooking the picturesque Gulf of Cannes is furnished with sofas and a dining table, while the interior offers a spacious, sophisticated living room with an open-plan kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and two bathrooms, each with a large shower. The sofa bed can accommodate two additional guests, for a fantastic and intimate experience for a couple, or with family or friends. Guest access Our guests have full access to all areas of the house. They will be welcomed by one of our assistants, who will show them the apartment, familiarize them with the surrounding area, and hand over the keys. Additional check-in details - It's important to know your arrival time in advance so our assistant will be there at the indicated time. - Upon check-in, all guests' identification documents must be presented. - If there are additional guests arriving at check-in or check-out who are not included in the reservation, an additional charge per person for each night's stay will be made. - If you would like to use the sofa bed in the living room, please request it in advance before check-in.
