Country setting, 3/4 mile from town, house on 20 acres, lake, woods in back round, firepit, spa and BBQ area under pergola. 10 minutes from I-70. 25 minutes to Warrenton, 30 minutes from Hermann, Mo. 50 minutes to Columbia and Wentzville, MO. Great place for a staycation, traveling, work from home, or a vacation. Child and pet friendly with lots of running room. The space Wifi available, Roku TV, full kitchen, spa, 5 acre lake for swimming and fishing. Sit on the dock enjoy the evening breeze and unique sunsets. Firepit to enjoy smore's or cool evening watching sunsets. Smoking is allowed outside. Pets are allowed with prior approval. (no parties!) Guest access Kitchen, Bedroom, bathroom, family room, living room, and laundry room. Lots of parking. Other things to note Grill is charcoal. Some wood is available for the firepit. Fishing is catch and release. House is disinfected top to bottom after every stay. I look after everyone's safety.
