Make the most of beachfront living at this sunny retreat. Our community is closer to the water than any other resort on the island. Pack the cooler and take a short stroll to the beach. Sea’ la Vie is a ground-floor (no stairs) unique escape destination with top-of-the-line comforts of any 5-star rental or hotel. Our villa has been renovated from top to bottom. You should not need to pack anything other than your flip-flops, and a toothbrush. We hope we have included everything and anything you could ever desire or dream of. All the primary small kitchen appliances are Breville© and include a 4-slice toaster, blender, tea kettle, food processor etc. Gourmet coffee includes a Nespresso© coffee and espresso maker (including milk frother), Keurig© with a sampler pack of pods and a traditional drip coffee maker with our premium Hilton Head Escapes blend of roasted coffee. And if requested when you reserve, a Breville© crock-pot, waffle maker or immersion blender, and an air fryer or Kitchen-Aid© stand mixer can be added to your rental at no expense. Bringing your small child? We have a pack-n-play and highchair. Please request in advance. The towels and linens are of high-quality and high thread count. The beds include blankets, three pillows per head, and coverlets. We even have a full-size ironing board with a Rowenta© iron. Everything, we mean everything! you need for the beach is included, Tommy Bahama© backpack style chairs, 6’ long beach towels, beach umbrella, bags, coolers, wagon, toys, games, etc. Other necessities for fun include a Sonos© Wi-Fi speaker to connect your phone or iPods, tennis rackets, board games, card games, DVDs, several books with information on everything from the history to fun things to do. Each bedroom has alarm clocks, white-noise machines, fans, earplugs, etc. The bath amenities include body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and make-up remover wipes. Everything is just a short bike, drive or UBER©/Lyft© away. Almost every road on the island has a safe bike path. Bike rentals can be delivered right to your doorstep. When we purchased this property, we had the option to purchase one overlooking a pool and our building because of the quietude the tennis courts bring. The property is surrounded by parks, nature, and wildlife on the heel of the island where the Atlantic Ocean turns up into the Sound. The Spa connects directly to Hilton Head’s bike trails. These "off road" trails (except for street crossings) cover the entire Island. Within a short distance from The Spa there are several Atlantic beach front public parks with showers, restrooms, picnic areas and playground. The Island boasts over 20 public golf courses, too many great restaurants to count, movie theaters, great shopping, and other exciting vacation activities. Savannah, GA is less than 1-hour away and Charleston, SC is about 2- hours away. Guest access The villa is easy to find. There will be a parking pass waiting for you (you will need cash to purchase each of them) at the guard gate in the name of the primary renter’s name. As soon as you pass through the guardhouse, turn right, first left, then left again. The villa is in the (A Building) ‘Alligator’ building in the middle of that building. There are a few stairs just steps away from the parking and the front door. You can also park at the end of the building where there is handicap ramp. YOUR CODE to enter the property is the last four digits of the primary renter’s mobile phone number. If there are any problems, press the Ring© doorbell for assistance. If there are going to be multiple cars, please let us know in advance so we can have an additional parking pass waiting for you at the gate. This is a whole house (condo, townhouse, villa, or single-family home) rental and you will not be sharing any internal spaces with strangers. However, we do have locked-off rooms and closets for our storage. None of our properties have cameras or noise monitoring devices of any kind. Some of our properties have Alexa© pucks, Google©-enabled devices, Wi-Fi-enabled appliances and/or Sonos© speakers of which may have microphones. You are welcome to unplug them if you have any privacy concerns. Do not unplug any of the internet equipment, remove any thermostat or smoke alarms. This could result in a potential fine and service call. Other things to note Please know the pool and spa temperatures and are nothing we can be in control of. If anything is not operating, please let’s know so we can alert the Property Management Company. This community requires each car to have a valid parking pass. We will need to know the first and last name of each driver to authorize for security. Up to two vehicles are allowed per condo. Please be prepared to pay $35 for each parking pass, and the pass office only takes credit or debit cards. If you have a second vehicle, it must be parked in guest parking along the fence. There is not enough room for each condo to have two vehicles in front of the front door. Unfortunately this is something we cannot arrange ahead of time.
