Corner House Villa- 3bhk Entire Villa

Couples below the age of 21 are strictly NOT allowed. LOCATION: Behind Narayani Dham in a Well maintained and CCTV secured Gated Community. SWIMMING POOL: Not private but is usually empty since all owners stay in Mumbai. DEPOSIT MONEY Rs 5,000/- taken before entry to the house and will be returned on checkout . Air Conditioning installed in all bedrooms. The space Corner house is a 3 bedroom villa with a lovely outdoor covered patio having 2 swings and all weather outdoor furniture. There is ample space to enjoy a lovely evening in a beautiful and secured homely environment. It is a clean and basic no frill villa yet it has all the necessities to make your stay comfortable at very affordable rates. The Living room has a Flat led tv, 3 seater sofa cum bed and a separate dining area. The Kitchen has basic utensils for heating food or boiling milk and also has a mini fridge along with a water purifier. There are few plates ,bowls ,glasses and spoons available for your convenience. The ground floor has 1 bedroom with an attached bathroom. The first floor has two bigger bedrooms with their own attached bathrooms. Guests can also enjoy the small outdoor deck area which is open to sky located on the first floor. All the bedrooms have split air conditioners. Guest access Guests can access the entire villa. Guests can also make use of the Swimming Pool, Canteen and playground available in the gated community. Other things to note The tariff mentioned is for upto 8 people after which there would be an additional charge of Rs 500 for any extra person joining. OUTDOOR AREA : We have a outdoor sit out area with a swing. Our sit out has ambient lighting where you can relax and unwind for a beautiful evening with family and friends. •SMOKING AND SHEESHA are allowed in the outdoor sit out area. NO SMOKING in the indoor areas.   • FOOD: The guests can enjoy breakfast at Rs 100, authentic unlimited thali at Rs 200 and Dinner at Rs 175 at our club house Canteen on pre order basis along with Jain Food.  • SWIMMING POOL : Our gated community has a common swimming pool which guests can use from 9 am to 6 pm. •A Television with Tata sky connection is available in the Living Room. However please note that if the sky is cloudy and not clear, Tata Sky might not be operational. A play ground is available to use for games like cricket, badminton, football etc. KITCHEN : We have a kitchen with a Gas connection and basic utensils to cook small meals like maggi, poha, upma, tea, coffee along with basic crockery. Please note that getting your own Maharaj to cook and Barbecue is strictly NOT allowed. CARETAKER : We have a caretaker who will help you with check in ,check out and will come once every morning and once every evening before 7 pm to clean the house. Please keep in mind that the caretakers do not cook or get supplies from outside for you. DEPOSIT: Rs 5000/- will be taken before check in, which will be refunded on check out if no damage is caused to the property. Also there will be a Rs 500 deduction from the deposit if anyone is found smoking cigarettes or sheesha inside the villa. Pets are NOT allowed  • TIMINGS: Check in Time 1 pm and Check out time 11 am. • Do keep in mind that the electricity could fluctuate from time to time. . We do not provide Towels / Napkins, please make sure to carry your toiletries as well.
