We can sleep 4 adults comfortably,perfect for couples or small families., age considered on booking enquiry. Bedroom 1 Has a Kind Bed and Bedroom 2 can be a King bed or 2 single beds. The bedrooms have Air con for night time and block out blinds,mosquito nets if u need to use. also ceiling fans, for day, often just ocean breeze is enough. Every room in the house has ocean views. Wake up, see and hear the ocean the moment you open your eyes! Afternoon sunsets are just magic!!! Perfect time for a cocktail at home or a local warung on the beachfront where you will meet other travellers and local friendly Balinese. The house is a modernised Javanese Limasan house (the original teak wood structure is 200yrs old) that I moved from a Javanese village and turned it into my dream glass beach house. The house now has lots of glass to captivate the view, with curtains for privacy when you need. The kitchen has all the conveniences of holiday home. Our lovely staff Wayan and Komang comes daily to serve a healthy breakfast, make beds, and tidy up, organise other meals, inhouse massages snd beauty care, menu provided. Prices are the best available and the service is sensational. Have a massage then roll into bed and relax. Balian is for relaxing, Just bliss! We also organise delivery from local restaurants which is popular., menus provided. our local beach warung, 5 minits stroll, is very popular with guests for sunset drinks or any meals and a great price, they also deliver, great for catching up with the locals and other tourists from around the globe. Nyoman is available to drive you 8 minits to local restraunts or warungs for meals , or hire a motor bike, on low tide you can walk on the sparkling black sand beach, Nyoman is available for day trips, many adventures available Yoga classes are close by in the local village., we can sometimes arrange private at home also. There is a Smart TV There is also WIFI, Internet and a bluetooth speaker for music. This house is in the perfect authentic area of Bali, walk, eat, surf ,relax Far away from the noise and traffic of the city area, no nightclubs or shopping malls in Balian. Balian is a 3 hour drive from Denpasar Airport, depending on traffic,and a great way to see some village life and scenic rice fields., we do recommend to book our friendly driver Nyoman who speaks English,knows the way and has the comfortable car, Nyoman is also available for any day trips you may enjoy. We have good warungs close by for meals and if you prefer to stay home relaxing, food delivery, menus are provided . and some very nice restauraunts if you want choice of Western food also, chat with staff and transport can be arranged., or on low tide walk over the river, maybe you like to hire a motor bike for your stay, staff can provide. Guests love our beach front warung for sunset drinks and dinner, best price and where you can meet the locals and other travellers.
