Your own private rooftop terrace apartment in a quiet & safe BF Homes village. Sleeps 4. We're 15 min from NAIA Terminal 3 if going via Skyway. 12min walk to SM City BF. The space Everything inside the room and on the terrace is for your own exclusive use. Nothing is shared with other guests. Guest access "NON-TECHIE" SENIORS AND GUESTS: If a friend or relative assisted you with making the booking, it would be ideal if you could familiarize yourself with the chat area of the app to be able to send us messages whenever you need assistance. UPON ARRIVAL: Enter the gate and pass through a small yard. Guests with a motorbike can park it here. You may pick up a water jug from the water stand to bring to your room. Drinking water is delivered in 5-gallon containers regularly. Other things to note Hot water ------------- Our area of Paranaque is a medium-water pressure area, being set on relatively high ground (so we are NOT prone to flooding). Hot water in the shower is available typically from around 9pm to 6am, or whenever Maynilad (exclusive water supplier of Paranaque) provides sufficient water pressure.
