Our apartment is perfect for groups, whether you're travelling with family or friends. It features five comfortable bedrooms – three double rooms, one quadruple room, and one triple room – all stylishly furnished with new and modern furniture. The apartment has been recently renovated and will be entirely at your disposal, offering complete privacy and comfort during your stay. Bath towels are provided for your convenience. Other things to note The apartment does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided to ensure your comfort on warmer days. The building does not have a lift, so access is via stairs only. To ensure the comfort of all guests and respect for the neighbourhood, parties, gatherings, and celebrations are not allowed. Smoking is also strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please respect the quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A security deposit of €250 may be requested at check-in. Only guests registered at check-in are allowed to stay in the apartment.
