This is our second home in the mountains. A wonderful light living space which faces south and west gives unparalleled views of Mont Blanc and the Grands Montets. Furnishings are a mix of modern and traditional, comfortable beds and a modern kitchen. Situated in the middle of the village, it is a short walk to the shops and restaurants (and there is a great bistro in the building itself), and the lift station is 5 minutes away. The perfect base to explore the valley... The space An open plan living space has four windows, facing south and west gives the living area great light. Two of the windows are french windows opening up onto balconies with great views down the valley to Mt Blanc. The kitchen is well appointed with an induction hob, fan oven and microwave. The living area includes a Smart TV, books and toys. There is an alcohol fire which provides added ambiance. Bedroom 1 - double with en suite wet room, north/east facing Bedroom 2 - double with en suite wet room, east/south facing Bedroom 3 - twin, south facing Bedroom 4 - twin, west facing Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom and separate WC. Underfloor heating. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note The apartment has good wi-fi. A DVD player together with a stock of DVDs.
