Petite Retreat w/Private Bath & Patio Near Beach

Exquisite guest room with your own private bathroom and entrance. Ideal place to stay if you're moving to the area, on a job transfer or house hunting. Located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood in East Fort Lauderdale. 10 minutes drive to the FLL Beach, 7 miles from FLL airport. Near supermarkets, eateries, cafes, Downtown FLL, Las Olas, U.S. 1 The space This lovely space with french doors that open up to your own mini patio where you can sit and enjoy the sunny South Florida weather, or evenings with glass of wine surrounded by mediterranean lighting. There is no kitchen but there is a mini fridge with freezer, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. The room is in the front house where hosts reside and does share a common wall, however, there is a private entrance, bathroom and mini patio. Guest access Room is in the front house to the right side where the brown tall fence and brown gate is located. Please do NOT walk past the tall brown fence as you are headed in the wrong direction. Rear house is RESTRICTED as it is leased to long-term tenants. A private charming patio in front of the room where you will be staying is available for guests. Ample street parking. Parking will be very close to the house. During your stay Host resides in the front house where the room is located, however, you'll have a private entrance and bathroom. We are a text or phone call away. We give our guests space but available when needed. Other things to note Central Air conditioning is turned off in late evenings as rooms gets quite chilly. Ceiling fan has been used by prior guests quite comfortably. During the winter season with cooler outside temperatures, the air conditioning will also be turned off at certain intervals during the day. There's a 24" TV and in order to use the streaming apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Vudu, Youtube, you will need your own account/subscription to watch your shows or movies. Note: There is No cable or local channel service provided. Wifi is available. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras, and do not infringe upon any private area as they are all exterior. Cameras assist monitor compliance with house rules, noise, occupancy, and for liability purposes in the case of injury, crime, or damage.
