While downstairs has the open plan living area of dreams, a walk through laundry and small half bathroom off to the side, upstairs includes four good sized bedrooms, the main bathroom with a bath-tub, and an ensuite. The bedrooms all fit with spacious wardrobes, also have large windows to help bring in fresh air and natural light.
