The pool is clean and clear water is ready to play at all times. The garden around the house is always decorated to be green and shady. There is a Home Theater room and a Karaoke set with Yamaha stereo that buzzes. There can be 2 indoor parking spaces and 2 outdoor parking spaces. The rooftop can accommodate events and parties. Guests can cook with a large kitchen set. Guests are expected to keep their stay clean and organized like their own place.
