New Beach Apartment, 100 steps away from the water! Super Airy, with natural light in every room! This is a private corner apartment on the second (top) floor. Less than a block away from the Redondo Riviera Village with over 40 restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, salons and more! Enjoy this beautiful apartment while you use the fully stocked kitchen and all the beach supplies you could possibly need like boogie boards, coolers, chairs, towels..etc! The space You may use anything in the apartment! Feel at home and open any doors and drawers! I just ask that you are careful and respectful of my things. Please let me know if there are any damages. Guest access Please do not use bath towels for the beach, thank you! You may also use the laundry room on site. You also have a free parking spot just steps from your apartment entrance! Other things to note We have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu / ESPN 2 and YouTubeTV. The parking spot is on the property right below the unit and only fits one vehicle. Large suvs and large trucks are very difficult to fit. In that case you will have to park on the street. It’s free and no permit is required. * King Size Bed * Fast safe and secure WIFI * Cell Phone chargers for iphone and Android * Mini Split AC & Heater in unit. We have a floor fan and an extra heater if needed. * Stocked w/ Toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, sugar, most spices, olive oil, oatmeal, shampoo, conditioner, face towels, beach towels, hand soap, dish soap, boogie boards, beach toys, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, etc... Upon advance request, we can supply air mattresses with sheets, blankets and pillows. There is also a pack and play crib available for use, just ask in advance. A laundry room is available on site, quarters required. * NO PETS/NO SMOKING/NO PARTIES LOCATION: * Steps to 40 restaurants and bars all 1-2 blocks away * Walking distance to multiple grocery stores and pharmacies including Trader Joes, Vons, CVS, etc... * 15-30 mins from LAX * Walking distance to Spas and Salons! * 45 mins to Disney Land, Knotts Berry Farms, SoFi Stadium * 15-20 minutes to all Golf Courses in Palos Verdes and Top Golf * 2-3 hours from Ski Mountains including Big Bear, Bear Summit and Snow Valley.
