Private room in Art Nouveau villa (ZE-2022-4-WZ-120B)

Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!! The space The 16 sqm room with wooden floor is in the attic. The bed is 140 cm wide. Bed linens and towels are available. There is no elevator, but there is an Art Nouveau staircase. We have an open house where we like to meet our guests. Nevertheless, privacy can be respected. Guest access Neuenheim is one of the most beautiful districts of Heidelberg, with beautiful restaurants, bars, lots of nature and yet close to the city center. There is a supermarket around the corner from our house. The Neckar and Neckarwiese are approximately 150 meters away.
