Unplug and get back in touch with nature by enjoying a relaxing stay in our perfectly formed cabin! The hand built cabin is surprisingly spacious and has all you need for a stress free weekend away or base from which to explore the wonderful surrounding areas. Set within the gardens of the our Barn it is extremely private . The space The cabin consists of a hallway with the right leading to a double bedroom (with a separate optional platform bed above) and a bathroom with power shower and underfloor heating and the left a spacious open plan kitchen and sitting room area .All rooms lead onto an external raised platform perfect for eating alfresco . We want to ensure that your visit is as easy and as comfortable as possible so if you have a specific request or would like anything organised in advance please do get in touch. Inside you will find ... The cabin has lots of natural light and is surrounded by trees and meadows. It is very cosy but spacious and consists of a hallway with hanging space. A simple bathroom with a walk in power shower and underfloor heating, towels provided. One roomy bedroom with a double bed, from which you can sit and watch the wildlife,. the bedroom also features a separate platform suitable for one person via a ladder and a small wardrobe An open plan Kitchen with a hob, fridge (including a small freezer compartment), microwave, toaster and kettle. A comfy sofa to relax on, plus a small TV, table and chairs. The cabin has a raised deck with large doors that open out so you can eat alfresco or soak in your surroundings. Alternatively you can light a fire in the fire pit and star gaze into the night! Guest access You will have the whole cabin to yourself and all kitchen equipment is supplied . Set in a wild flower meadow surrounded by trees, to the rear of our main house it is very private and out of the w ay Theres private parking and an outside seating area with fire pit Other things to note The cabin can be booked for 2 nights minimum. Check in is after 3pm and check out is before 12pm. A few necessities are already provided: Milk, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil, toilet paper , bin bags and basic cleaning products. The first fire pit wood is complimentary and after that can be purchased from us . The cabin sleeps three but the third bed is on a platform so not suitable for all. We encourage recycling where ever possible so please refer to signs by the appropriate bins. Towels are provided but must not be removed from premises. The cabin has its own WiFi which is included Babies are welcome and not charged for but also not catered for! Sorry no pets. No smoking. Please remove shoes especially in carpeted areas. There is ample off road parking (refer to map ) It is a safe area but secure storage for bikes can be arranged. Heating and hot water are included and there is a cold water tap outside for cleaning boots/bikes etc. cleaning charge the cabin is included but for extended stays we will require access to change sheets and towels. Laundry can be organised by prior arrangement. Food can also be arranged in advance please contact us.
