Apartment Beatrice is very spacious (93 m2) with living room/kitchen. It has a splendid view on the Apennine mountains. The dining table seats 8. You’ll find a corner couch, a cozy armchair & lovely antique chests. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans & wine glasses etc. Beatrice has 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, commode, sink. The two bedrooms have air conditioning. The space Spino Secco is located in Lunigiana, Tuscany. An area full of castles, woods, mountains, rivers, waterfalls and proximity to the Mediterranean Sea. Our property lies in the historic heart of medieval borgo Mulazzo. Next to our 6 independent and spacious apartments, Spino Secco has a private garden (10.000 sqm.) and salt water pool. You can climb the ruins of Castello Malaspina from where you have a spectacular view on the borgo, mountains and Magra valley. We have a spectacular 15th century stone arched communal space (120 sqm.) on ground level with a kitchen, dining area, lounge and a free open space. This extra space is perfect for group activities. Within walking distance of Spino Secco you find a bar, pizzeria and restaurant. Guest access The pool is very private and only shared by guests of the villa. There is a washing machine in the building that can be used by the guests. It is 5 euros per load. Other things to note SpinoSecco in Mulazzo, is the ideal place to bike, hike & explore the nearby villages.
