In our tastefully decorated house you live quiet, rural and yet close to the city. We rent a cozy double bedroom with a tiny balcony. The room was furnished with beautiful new furniture in January 2026. Kitchen and bathroom for shared use. A car is recommended. It is the gateway to the Eifel. All around you will find a beautiful, slightly hilly landscape that invites you to hike. Pure rest and relaxation. In the village, there is no shopping and no restaurant except for a small farm shop. A car is recommended. Rheinbach and Meckenheim can be reached in 10 minutes. Bonn in 20 and Cologne in 30 minutes. Guest access The room is on the 1st floor. It is quite big, there is great sun and you have a lot of beautiful views up to the Seven Mountains. Despite the sloping roof, the room is nice and airy and bright. You sow in a French bed (1.40 m wide). Alone or in pairs, it is very comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen, with a counter to the dining room, is available for shared use. Also for shared use, a modern bathroom. Another toilet is on the ground floor. Since we also live in the house ourselves and we rent out a total of three rooms, you should be aware of what it means to share the kitchen and bathroom with all 🙂 parking space right outside the door. During your stay We are a casual family flat, with two friendly Border Collie dog and a young Border Collie male. Most of the time we're all out and about. Depending on your needs, we will be happy to help you with all organizational questions about a pleasant stay with us. We are also happy to give excursion tips (Ahr wine festivals, hikes, bike tours, red wine hiking trail, spa, llama hikes, the Nürburgring and Phantasiealand are not far). We can also recommend good restaurants and bars in the area. By arrangement we offer a small breakfast (10,- per person). If breakfast is desired, please specify when booking.
