Spacious cosy house, maybe your best way to spend a wonderful time in Paris feeling at home! Only 10 min walking from the metro, you will be in Notre Dame in 30 min. Have your private big room and bath room. Chill in the garden or the terrace. The space I have a big house build in typical stones "Meulières" (fully renovated) with a great garden. You like flowers, fruit trees you will not be disapointed. If you get lucky with the season, you can have fresh fruits for dessert! (cherry, apple, prunes) The house has 2 floors. - At the first floor : Your big rooms (16 meter square) with a king size bed (200/160 cm) and a private Bath room. - At the ground floor : Living room, kitchen full equipped and second bath room also avaible. The capacity is 2 guest, we can arrange a extra bed, and a cot can feet the room. Next to the house "Les bords de Marne" offers some peaceful walks or enough space for running. "Le bois de Vincennes" is not far neither by walk or bike, visit the Zoo, "Le chateau de Vincennes" or "le parc floral de Paris" (great and beautiful botanic garden) If you want to do some sport we can arrange a lesson with personal trainer. Guest access You have full access to the commons parts, the bath room upstairs is reserved for the guest. possibility to ad a baby room or a mattress for a kid. You can cook and use the fridge, as you wish. You can feel free to chill out in the garden. The barbecue and lounge chairs will finish to help you enjoying your evening after your visits of Paris! During your stay I will work during the day, but I love to advice the guest about Paris. Where to go out ? What you must see ? A fancy/ unusual/ cheep and good restaurant ? Just ask I will be glad to help. Other things to note I like to make my guest feel comfortable, more you feel happy, and more I will be also!
