Fabulous house facing 3 Valleys nr Bozel

Stunning 4 bed house in the mountain village of Le Villard on the edge of the Vanoise National Park, 10 minutes above the town of Bozel, with easy access to the Three Valleys and Paradiski ski areas. Amazing views across to Courchevel. The space This house was renovated in 2010 from a derelict town house retaining as many of the original features as possible and designed as a home rather than a rental property. The living area is a beautiful open plan space with sitting, dining and kitchen areas. The dining room opens out fully onto a south facing balcony overlooking the 3 Valleys. The sitting area has the same beautiful views and there is a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are on 3 levels with two with Austrian twin beds, one bunk room and one double. The entrance hall has plenty of space to store ski or walking kit and there's a laundry/utility room to wash and dry clothes. In the summer, with the large south facing decking area outside, you can enjoy an evening drink and watch the sun set behind the mountain or relax over lunch enjoying the sound of the village water fountain. Guest access Guests have access to the whole of the chalet with the exception of the laundry cupboard next to the upstairs bathroom and the mezzanine above the kitchen which is kept locked. Outside in spring and summer, guests can use the large terrace above the garage, but not the garage itself which is kept locked. Other things to note Bed linen and towels included.
