You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea while being 10 minutes walk away from the harbour as well as the pier to all the islands. You will be located in the south wing renovated in 2015. It is fully independent and has its own garden viewing the sea. Everything is ready for welcoming you. Even your beds are done before you arrive! The living room facing the sea is a permanent living picture. Fireplace (closed hearth) creates a warm ambience. Gavrinis room: the parent bedroom has a bed of 160cm - Italian shower. Boëdic: Room with either a 160cm bed or two beds of 80cm - Italian shower. Logoden: Room with either a 160cm bed or two beds of 80cm - bathroom. The kitchen facing the sea, too, is equipped with all modern facilities needed (induction, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, etc .... Finally, a sound system is provided as well as a TV and wi-fi - covering the entire flat. We provide all linens and will adapt bedding depending on the amount of people coming. Guest access Independent in your wing, you will be able to benificiate from a south facing balcony terrace with direct access to your garden space. Only the court is shared with the owner. Considering the size of the garden, you will also be able to have your own private bit. The property is surrounded by walls, ensuring children' safety.
