Charming mid 19th century townhouse close to the town centre, public transport, parks, nightlife. You’ll love my place because of its Period charm and spaciousness. The house is good for several couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The famous Fontainebleau Chateau and grounds are 15 mins by foot from the house. The space The house is arranged over 3 floors plus a cellar. The ground floor comprises the entrance hall, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, toilet and storage cupboard. On the 1st floor - 2 double bedroom, bathroom with bath/shower and separate toilet. On the 2nd floor - 1 double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The house has no garden, yard or parking space. Guest access The basic price for up to 6 people gives access to the whole house for exclusive use of the guests. The cellar is also accessible for storage and hanging laundry for airing/drying; washer/drier is located in the 1st floor toilet. Other things to note There are rubbish/garbage chutes located on the pavement very close to the house - separated between general household waste, recyclable plastic, carton etc. and glass. When guests have checked-out, we will dispose of any rubbish/garbage left in the house as part of the end of stay house-keeping.
