Home on Keuka Lake's Bluff Point

This house has a suite with a king bed, mini-kitchen, and a full bath (shower). There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a separate bath (tub/shower). There is a large living room, a full eat-in kitchen and an outdoor grill. Extra seating is available on the deck overlooking the lake. A separate rental unit (Keuka Beach House) along the lake has a shared beach and dock that is a one-minute walk down the hill. The space The house was originally an "A" Frame that has been extended on three sides to create a larger kitchen, living room and the Primary Suite. It is located on Keuka lake, above the road, about a one minute walk down to the beach. There are 5 acres available for hiking on the property. The dock and 150 feet of beach area are a shared space with guests who rent the Keuka Beach House, a small cottage by the lake. Guest access Guests have full access to the home, but the owner who lives next door, retains access (from outside) to the laundry room only when necessary. This laundry area is also usable by guests and accessed through the kitchen. Hiking on the property is also available to guests. Please see me for access to the trails and special limitations. During your stay I am generally around during the summer but travel on occasion and manage remote access, as necessary, through a combination door lock. Ordinarily, the combination is not needed. Guests who wish to use the hiking trail should see me for access and directions. I happily interact with guests or give them space, as they wish. Other things to note In addition to the numerous wineries, the area from Penn Yan to Hammondsport has numerous seasonal restaurants, two excellent shops for ice cream, and a great fried chicken restaurant. Hammondsport is a great town with restaurants, shops and a museum dedicated to early aviation and motorcycling that dates back to the early 1900s. Kayaks are available for use by guests who are experienced with these crafts. Life preservers are required and provided. I also have bicycles for guest use and fabulous places to hike and cycle.
