The luxury apartment with 54m² and WiFi, has recently been completely renovated and fully equipped. On the 1st floor are the living room with a big TV, safe and air conditioning, separate toilet and a kitchen with all amenities. Such as a Nespresso machine, mini-bar, kettle, combi microwave, stove, pans and dishes. On the 2nd floor you will find the bathroom as well as the bedroom with a kingsize box spring bed and air conditioning! Tourist tax is 4.00 euros per person per night The space Our characteristic and completely renovated building which is located in Sittard, a town in the South of Limburg, dates from 1786 and was originally used for the storage of hay. It is located at the beautiful city park and only a few minutes walk from the historic center of Sittard with numerous shops, cozy cafes and restaurants. Partly due to its central location it is ideal as a base for exploring the beautiful South Limburg "hill" landscape or one of the beautiful sights that Limburg has to offer. Guest access The entire building has been completely restored with authentic details and subdivided into four luxurious apartments. A large entrance hall, general accommodation on the first floor, patio with sofa and parasol, bicycle parking and the possibility to park 3 cars on private property is freely accessible to everyone. We also offer the possibility to rent bicycles. Other things to note The TV in the apartment has Netflix. Arrival upon the appartement is possible 24/7.
