The room is conveniently located about 1km (10min bike ride) from the beautiful Hoi An Beach, 1km (10min bike ride) from downtown Hoi An - you won't be too far from the action without all the noise and commotion. The room has access to a gorgeous balcony overlooking a tropical garden - great for a quite afternoon tea and glass of wine. It has its own private Western bathroom with bathtub and walk-in closet. The room comes with a king size bed and TV. Guest access Outside of your room and balcony, you will have access to the kitchen and living room. Of course, please use with courtesy to the owner and clean up after yourself. Please let the owner know ahead of time when you need to use the kitchen. During your stay The homeowner was born and raised in Hoi An. Vy has been living in Hoi An for her life as a business woman. The house has all the amenities of a modern Western home but captures all the essence of the traditional Vietnamese living experience. Her cousin who works with her at the homestay speaks English.
