Double room "Malvasia" - Casedirio

Charming and cozy double room, composed of a double bed and a private bathroom. It is located on the first floor of a very central building, a few steps from the main points of interest and activities. On the fourth floor is located an amazing terrace, which is shared with the other guests. This room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people, therefore we do not accept reservations for a larger number of guests (babies included). The space The room is composed of a double bed and a private bathroom. It is a bright room with two windows that face the main street and the largest square respectively. A lovely touch is given by the exposed stone, that characterizes part of the accommodation. The terrace upstairs is equipped with tables and chairs, so it is possible to enjoy a take-away meal or a drink surrounded by the beauty of Riomaggiore. Guest access Parking is located at the top of the village and is to be paid. Vehicles are not allowed in the town centre, unless specific authorizations. The train is the best way to get to Riomaggiore, as it is comfortable and fast for reaching the other villages and it also runs quite often (especially in summer time). Other things to note A coffee maker with capsules and a minibar are for a private use of the guest, inside the room. At the top floor, instead, there are a tap/sink, a bigger fridge and a boiler which are shared with other guests. Tourist tax is already included in the amount paid when making the reservation. With regards to the tourist tax, the following exemptions apply: - minors up to 10 years; - drivers and tour leaders; - school groups with at least 20 participants. As each italian municipality sets its own specific exemptions, Airbnb does not authomatically take them into account when calculating the amount due, so if you belong to any of those categories you should send them a exemption request to get refunded.
