A perfect family home with bedroom area and living area. Heating system is very economical (gas, solar, fireplace) The double garage has direct contact to the house. Please be aware that the house is unfurnished. Suitable only for long term. You need to bring your own furniture. The garden is designed for low maintenance with automatic watering system. Children can enjoy the garden or out the open field which is a beloved area for the sporty neighbourhood. The space The whole house is available for rent apart from a small storage room. It has enough rooms for a 2-3 children family and you still have a space for a study if you have to work from home. Shopping is fantastic; 5 min by car a shopping area. Swimming pool 5-10 min by car, train stop 10 min walk and 20 min to the heart of Budapest by train. Guest access Provided WiFi / internet is under consideration. Please let me know if you need it. Other things to note The rent is not including the utilities and other costs or expenses. We are responsible for maintenance (house and garden and fence but the plants and lawn maintenance is your task.)
