The space Not often that you get a chance to soak in the sun by the river bank and swim in a luxurious pool, but our villa gives you all. An unhindered view of the river along with sailing boats, passing by ships, and the pool surrounded by palm trees make it an overwhelming experience. The Villa is conveniently located for the famous cavelossim beach and is a mere 7 to 8-minute walk to the beach. This dreamy villa has a mix of modern and Portuguese characteristics in its architecture. The entire villa is carefully done with colors like white, blue, and yellow which exquisitely bring a tropical atmosphere to your rooms. The Villa boasts of 3 spacious bedrooms including a spectacularly layed out and extra spacious master bedroom. Besides, there is extra space on the first-floor lobby which has an additional space for sleeping, 2 additional persons. Each of the rooms has an En suite bathroom and the master bedroom has a spacious walk-in changing area. The balcony of the master bedroom has spectacular views of the river and the glorious sunrise can be seen from the balcony in an unimpeded view. A fully equipped kitchen with all cooking and serving arrangements, a washing machine, ironing equipment, and an airy living room with a river view are some of the other features that grab your attention. You can sit on the bench by the river or lounge under the open sky admiring every bit of nature around you. Bedrooms The Master bedroom and the ground floor bedroom have 4 poster King size beds which have been carefully curated from Royal Households of Bengal and Gujrat. The third bedroom on the first floor also has views of the garden and the river. Two of the bedrooms also have a study table. Kitchen The Kitchen is well appointed with all the necessary amenities including 4 hob cookers, microwave/oven, fridge, gas connectivity, electric kettle, toaster and crockery, and cutlery to cater for 8 people. The drawing room and Dining room The drawing room and dining room have a round dining table for up to 6 people and a kitchen counter with 2 stools. There is also Smart Television and Wi-Fi connectivity. The drawing room leads out to a spacious sit out covered verandah which overlooks the manicured flower garden and the sweeping views of the river. This verandah is the ideal place for a family meal as well as it is an ideal setting for spending a lazy morning/afternoon or indeed for a board game with the family. The table in the verandah sits 6-8 people and is also ideal for a game of cards Garden The garden in the front of the villa leading up to the river is immaculately layed out with a walking path of stone and grass and well laid our manicured gardens on either side of the path. At the end of the garden and at the edge of the river is a sit out with 2 sun bathing chairs for you to take in the breathtaking view of the sunrise and the panorama of the river. The gated community has 2 large swimming pools for the use of the residents. Parking The Villa has an off-road private parking spot for up to 2 cars. Please note cleaning is done every day except Sunday. Guest access Guests have access to the common swimming pool, large garden and direct access to Sal river. Other things to note - This home has been set up with a lot of love and care. We kindly request you to treat it the same. - Please switch off all appliances, taps, lights, etc. when not in use. - Do not smoke inside the house or make a loud noise after 10 pm. - Outside guests are not allowed without prior permission. - Kindly do not take any edible items or drinks to the pool area. - It has a shared pool and is operational. - Eating and drinking are not allowed at the pool side - Housekeeping is not available on Sunday. -Guests are kindly requested to wash the utensils after use. In case they are left unwashed, a cleaning charge will apply. - 2 Liters of Bisleri water is included. Additional groceries and drinking water can be bought by the guest directly from the supermarket which is just a few minutes away from the main gate. - Wi-Fi is strong in the living room. The connection is poor in the master bedroom. - Breakfast is not included. - Linen change will be done once in 3 days. - Abusive or threatening behavior towards staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Guests who exhibit such behavior will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. - Guests are requested to submit soft copies of their ID proofs 2 days before arrival and show the hard copies of the ID proofs while checking in. -Let us know in case of early or late check-in, we shall try our best to accommodate your needs based on our availability. -Our Experience Engineer will be in constant interaction with you throughout your stay.
