Apartment with stunning view on Zurich lake & Alps

Price and rental start/end date negotiable :) 130 sqm, 4.5-room apartment with a breathtaking view over Zurich lake and Swiss Alps. Only 5 min. walk to the lake (swim, wind-/kitesurf, sail, SUP, etc.) <30 min. to Zurich city via direct train connection. Even direct train to Zurich airport. We are preferably looking for guests who would like to stay 1, 2 or 3 months anytime during Sept-Dec 2021 while we are on parental leave. Switching homes is also an option for us. Happy to discuss. :) The space Our apartment offers 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a double bed for 2 adults; 1 child´s room with a baby bed and a extendable guest bed for 1 or 2 adults; 1 home office with a sofa bed for 1 to 2 adults. Furthermore, 1 spacious living room and dining area as well as an open kitchen, all with a stunning view on the Zurich lake. 2 bathrooms: 1 with a shower, 1 sink, 1 diaper-changing table. The other bathroom has a bath tub, 2 sinks. Big balcony with a lounge and barbecue grill. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (elevator available) in a very modern apartment building with local as well as international, multi-lingual families living here. Parking space(s) available. 2 MTBs and 2 city bikes at your disposal. The apartment is also suitable as a business apartment as it offers a fully equipped home office and easily connects with Zurich (airport). Child-friendly equipped but can be removed if not needed.
