This Georgian cottage has stunning sea views and direct access onto the pristinely quiet and clean beach. A large 3 bedroom cottage with 2 living rooms, there’s plenty of personal space sleeping 6 guests. The best sunrises and sunsets are seen from here. If you’re looking for a relaxing peaceful getaway. Then this cottage is perfect! Great selection of traditional English pubs, restaurants, & antiques shops right on your door step. Strictly NO parties. The space **Due to the current health situation we have taken extra cleaning precautions. This is a very private property so an ideal place to bring your food and drinks and enjoy the majestic sea views from the garden and take walks along the quiet beach.** This is a large yet cosy 3 bedroom cottage backing right onto the beach! An open planned kitchen/dining and living area offers great space to feast, socialise or just relax and enjoy the stunning sea view. Then there is the good sized private garden with plenty of outdoor seating With 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets this is an ideal place for families or larger parties. Guest access Guests will have access throughout the property except for the cellar and the small office area next to it. Other things to note Although well behaved dogs are welcome at our house, they are not permitted to go upstairs into the bedrooms. We have to be considerate towards people with high pet hair allergies. Dogs are not permitted on the beach from 1st May-30th Sept inclusive and must be kept on a lead and on the path only if walking along the beach. We operate a strict non smoking policy indoors but you are welcome to smoke outside. The car park is only 1 min walk from this house. It charges £5 per day. Or free Saturday parking along the beach 5 minutes walk from the house STRICTLY NO PARTIES! Please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise down in the evenings. The house sleeps maximum 6 guests including children. We can not accept more guest.
