This one bedroom barn cottage sleeps four but best suited to couples. Set in a beautiful countryside location with distant sea views. Close to the coastal towns of Bexhill, St Leonard’s and Hastings with an RSPB woodland and countryside walks on your doorstep. Three miles from the 1066 historical market town of Battle with Battle Abbey and convenient London train travel. The space Most suitable for couples, ‘Little Pyes’ barn enjoys delightful views across the Sussex countryside towards the coast. The property has a large decking area to enjoy alfresco dining, sun beds and comfortable corner sofa and table for dining. The open plan living space houses a sofa bed to sleep a maximum of four guests, TV, Netflix, books, WIFI hub. The kitchen area is well stocked with oven, fridge with ice box, microwave, cafeteria and utensils. The bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC. (Extra guests using the sofa bed will need to share the bathroom via the main bedroom). A travel cot and high chair are available. The property does not have a washing machine or tumble dryer but the Laundry can be available for long stay guests once weekly. Guest access The driveway provides easy access to the property with plenty of parking space. This converted barn sits in the grounds of our home and is separated away from the main house. The driveway and parking area is shared with the 'Granary' our other 2 bedroom holiday property. This may be useful if wishing to holiday with other family members or friends. 'Little Pyes' has easy access for the less able. It has one low level wide step to the entrance door and no stairs or steps inside. Wide double French doors open out to the decking area from the lounge for alfresco dining and for you to enjoy the peaceful countryside location and far distant sea views. Other things to note Discounted prices will be included in your calendar date searches of 7 days and over. Guests will receive a small welcome pack containing basics such as milk, tea and coffee etc. Guests can arrange food store deliveries ready for their arrival, our nearest largest store is Tesco St Leonards. 'Little Pye's' is a non smoking venue. No pets. No candles. No barbecue. For security reasons, CCTV is in operation in the parking area.
