This home includes (2) Large screen TV's on different levels for your enjoyment. Partially completed basement offers a large theater room and small gym area with light weights. Two day minimum on weekends please. Entire main floor, Theater Room and weights in basement and rear deck & small backyard. HOUSE RULES: Please remove shoes at the door. Please do not park in Garage! Driveway parking is fine. NO SMOKING INSIDE HOUSE! Smoking Outside or on Rear Deck is fine. PLEASE be very mindful of fire safety!! For your comfort during your stay, Note* Hot water heater will not give out hot water for 5 to 8 consecutive long showers so please stagger usage. Clean any spills, Carpet is new. No Extra guests allowed without prior consent. No Loud Parties or with extra guests. Please be mindful of noise level and neighbors. Quiet time 10pm to 8am When using Theater Room in Basement PLEASE THOROGHLY READ ALL INSTUCTIONS! FIRST..be sure to turn projector off when done each time! Any damages will be charged. DO NOT USE FIREPLACE! DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDING INTERNET, If suspected, authorities will be called. Air Mattresses are in Master Closet with pump. If more than 4 guests, do not take simultaneous hot showers or baths back to back, otherwise the last person showering won’t have hot water.
