Obolonskyi district is the best district of Kyiv for life. River Dnipro is right behind the building. Metro is 5-7 minutes walk. Beautiful long embankment for walk. Park Natalka for sport and rest nearby. Golf Club. Lot of restaurants in any direction. Dream Town mall is right there. Lot of 24 hours shops around. I stayed in different districts of Kyiv, but from 2008 i don't want to change my location and stay in same district just next building to that one. The space very close to beautiful Quay, close to subway, 24 hours markets and pharmacies around building, Shopping mall Dream Town, beautiful park Natalka, the restaurants in 5 minutes walk it is only what i remember "Argentina Grill", "V Rebro", "Perets", "Hachapuri and Wine", "Pivnaya №1", "Melange" и many others. Guest access all apartment is just yours, no other guests. Other things to note The parking around building is not secure, but if you need secure parking you can park in next building on hotel Obolon is with security personal.
