Located just 3 blocks from the center of downtown Victor, the studio is the perfect HQ for your Teton adventures. Our studio is close distance to restaurants, nightlife, public transport, trail heads and parks. You’ll love the place because of the quiet neighborhood, contemporary design and access to LOTS of natural light. Our place is good for couples, solo adventures and small families. The space This Modern, bright studio apartment is the perfect basecamp for all of your Teton adventures! Details: -Queen bed, full bath, and fully stocked kitchen. -Futon/Sleeper- (FULL sized). -We have WIFI and a TV with HDMI hook up so you can use your own gadget to access movies and shows. WE DO NOT have cable as guests should be spending their time outdoors and not watching TV:) -We have a trampoline and REQUIRE all guests staying with kids to sign a waiver. -We have Bear Spray stocked for your hiking adventures! PETS -ONLY (1) Well behaved dog is permitted. NO CATS as our dog likes them a little TOO much! PET FEE REQUIRED - *** ($10 per day - Just adjust your GUEST quantity to reflect your dog. If you are only one person staying please adjust guest quantity to '3' when booking as our pricing is based on 2 people. We charge $10 per night extra for additional guests.) ***PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG PLEASE! Mutt Mitts are provided. ***This is a NON-SMOKING rental. Guest access Guests can access entire unit. The city park we live right on has access to a playground, bike park and trails year-round! Groomed nordic and single track trails in the winter for cross-country skiing and winter Fat Biking right out the front door. We live in a Small, Quiet community and there are lots of walkers and dogs. PLEASE be aware as you are driving, and pulling in and out of our home and on our street. Thank you
