The Elms, Monmouth

A 2 bedroom self contained annex, 1 of 2 lets available, both are attached to a Grade II Listed Regency Georgian Villa. With 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with large shower, The Elms is suitable for up to 4 guests, however the open plan sitting room/diner is a cosy space for four adults sharing. Its a 15 minute flat walk to Monmouth town centre. Ideally located for exploring the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, Brecon Beacons and beyond. Bed linen and towels are provided. The space Upstairs the annex has two bedrooms and a family shower room. Each bedroom accommodates a super-king size bed or two single beds and they both have hanging storage and shelves for clothing. Downstairs there is a cosy open plan lounge, dining room & fully equipped kitchen. There is access to a large walled private back garden and patio area. Guest access The whole annex is available to our guests. It has a private walled garden with a gate for security should you want to keep the little ones in. We have a large gravel parking area and there is also plenty of parking available outside the house on the road. Access is via the grass path to a bridge over the brook which leads to a gate in the wall this takes you straight to the door to the accommodation. Guests will be provided with an access code for the key box prior to arrival. Other things to note Please note the property is priced for 2 guests sharing the one bedroom , if two people require both bedrooms there will be an additional fee of £12 for laundry costs which will be payable before or on arrival.
