A cot can be provided on request. The space Architect designed modern villa built 2012. Spacious and bright with three levels of terrace giving stunning panoramic views over UNESCO protected Boka Kotorska fjord from bedrooms, living room and roof terraces. The villa also has a newly built private swimming pool – finished July 2014. Set in a peaceful village location with 3 churches and surrounded by olive groves. It is a few minutes drive to the Blue Flag beaches at Plavi Horizonti and Zanjice. Close to the fishing villages of Rose and Krasici with top quality restaurants and local shops. This fully equipped family house is very suitable for long lets. Guest access Exclusive use of the villa and the private and secluded swimming pool. Off street parking. Fully equipped kitchen. Other things to note The house is set up for 4 people - a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with 2 bathroom/shower rooms. A cot is available for guests who have babies, but we don’t erect the cot in advance as we don’t know where guests want to put it, and we don’t provide bedding for the cot as guests may have different expectations and needs for their babies.
